Questions we hear
every week.
Yes. We have served 5,000+ guests since 2021 — with 700+ five-star Google reviews to show for it. The property is fenced, staff are present overnight, and all treks are guided. Solo travellers and families are equally welcome.
October to April is the prime season — dry days, temperatures of 8–20°C at night, and brilliantly clear skies. Monsoon (June–September) brings heavy rain; some treks may close.
Packages include off-road jeep pickup and drop, a guided trek, campfire, and all listed meals. The 2D/1N tent package is ₹2,500 per head; 3D/2N is ₹3,500. The A-frame cottage is ₹3,000 per person per night (sleeps up to 3). Ask us on WhatsApp for group quotes.
No Wi-Fi — intentionally. Mobile signal is very weak at altitude. We ask guests to embrace the disconnect. Download offline maps before you arrive.
Yes. Clean shared toilet and washing facilities are at the campsite. Hot water is available in the mornings.
Yes — families are very welcome. We sit in the heart of Vattavada, the "vegetable capital of Kerala": the valley around us is a patchwork of terraced strawberry, carrot and garlic farms worked with largely organic, chemical-free methods at 6,500 ft, and children love watching produce picked straight from the field. Our treks need moderate fitness, so tell us your group when you book and we will match you to the right activities.
Drive to Munnar town, then take the Top Station–Vattavada road (approx. 45 km, 2 hrs on mountain roads). The final stretch is off-road — a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is recommended. We send exact GPS coordinates after booking.
Warm layers (temperatures drop sharply after dark), a torch or headlamp, sturdy footwear for treks, a reusable water bottle, a small bottle of hand sanitizer (the gentlest way to remove leeches on the trails), and any personal medication. We provide blankets and sleeping bags. Leave the noise-cancelling earphones at home.
